I recently visited this dental office for a routine cleaning, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, with friendly staff ready to assist. The hygienist was gentle yet thorough, explaining each step of the process as she went along. Dr. Shinkle was fantastic, taking the time to address all my questions about dental care and even offering tips for better oral hygiene. The office is equipped with modern technology, making the experience very efficient. I especially appreciated the comfortable chair and soothing music during my appointment! The only small downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it for the attentive care I received. I had my first appointment at this dental office last week, and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease right away. I had a comprehensive exam and cleaning, and I was impressed with how thorough everything was. Dr. Shinkle took the time to explain my oral health in detail, which I really appreciated. The office itself is bright and modern, with all the latest equipment. What really stood out was the hygienist’s gentle technique; I’ve had cleanings that left my gums sore for days, but not this time! I walked out feeling fresh and informed. My only piece of feedback would be that the waiting area could use a few more magazines or entertainment options to keep patients occupied. Otherwise, I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend this dental office to my friends and family!

As someone who's always been a bit anxious about dental visits, I can confidently say my experience at this office was a game changer. From scheduling the appointment to the actual visit, everything was seamless. The receptionist was incredibly accommodating and helped me find a time that worked with my busy schedule. During my visit, the staff was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Dr. Shinkle was friendly and made an effort to explain everything in a clear manner, which calmed my nerves significantly. I was particularly impressed with the cleanliness of the office and how safe I felt during my visit, especially with the current health protocols in place. My only suggestion would be to offer a few more options for appointment times, as I imagine it can get quite busy during peak hours. Nevertheless, I’m so glad I found this dental practice and can’t wait for my next visit. Highly recommend it to anyone who may feel uneasy about going to the dentist!
