I can't say enough good things about my experience here! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I took my daughter here for her consultation, and we were both really impressed! The staff is super friendly and made her feel comfortable right away. The way they guided us through the whole process—what to expect, the timeline, and even the financial aspects—was very thorough and reassuring. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it would be the wait time; we had a bit of a delay before seeing the doctor, but nothing too extreme. I recently finished my orthodontic treatment, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! The transformation has been amazing. The entire team here is incredibly supportive and positive, making each visit enjoyable. Dr. Silcox takes the time to explain every procedure and provides little tips for managing discomfort, which I found extremely helpful. I loved the modern feel of the office, too, with its bright colors and comfortable seating. I never felt rushed during my appointments, and I appreciated the flexibility of their hours, especially on Thursdays when they’re open late. One thing I think could be improved is the variety of magazines in the waiting area; they seemed a bit outdated. Otherwise, my experience has been fantastic! I definitely recommend this place to anyone considering braces or Invisalign. You will feel like part of a family here!
