What a fantastic experience I had at this place! I was referred by a coworker and I’m so grateful I decided to go. The staff here truly knows their stuff! They handled my tax return efficiently and got me a return that exceeded my expectations. I was impressed by their attention to detail and how they made sure to capture every possible credit and deduction. I also appreciated that they were available during the weekend, which made it easy for me to fit an appointment into my busy schedule. The only thing I could suggest is perhaps offering a bit more guidance on what documents to bring ahead of time, as I had to make a couple of trips. But overall, it was a smooth process and I felt valued as a customer. Definitely a five-star experience! I’ve already told my friends to check them out for their tax needs.
