I visited this dental practice recently, and overall, it was a positive experience. The staff were friendly and professional, which made my visit much more comfortable. Dr. Simek has a great approach; he’s clearly knowledgeable and made sure to take the time to discuss my dental history and any concerns I had. I had a cleaning and a minor filling, and I really appreciated how he explained each step of the process as he went along. It helped alleviate some of my anxiety. However, I did notice that the office was a bit on the smaller side. While it was clean and well-organized, it felt a little cramped at times, especially in the waiting area. I also wish they had some magazines or entertainment options to help pass the time while waiting. That said, I would definitely return for my next appointment. The care I received was top-notch and I felt truly valued as a patient.

As someone who has always dreaded dental visits, I can honestly say that this place has changed my outlook on dental care! From the moment I called to schedule my appointment, I was met with kindness and patience. The staff are attentive and genuinely care about their patients. During my visit, I felt more like a guest than a patient. The office was exceptionally clean and adhered to all safety protocols, which gave me peace of mind during these times. Dr. Simek was engaging and knowledgeable; he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. I had a filling done, and it was completely painless! The only thing I would suggest is for them to offer more flexible scheduling options; I had to book my appointment quite far in advance. Despite that, I’m thrilled to have found a dentist who makes me feel comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for compassionate and professional dental care. It’s a breath of fresh air in what I used to find a stressful experience.

I just had my first appointment at this office, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience! The entire staff was welcoming and attentive from the get-go. I was a bit anxious about my visit, but the friendly atmosphere really helped put me at ease. Dr. Simek took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything thoroughly, which was so refreshing. The cleaning was quick yet effective, and I left feeling like I had brand new teeth! I also appreciated the health measures they had in place, such as wearing masks and sanitizing equipment between patients. The only slight downside was the lack of parking spaces; I had to park a bit further away, which was a minor inconvenience. But honestly, the level of care I received more than made up for it. I already scheduled my next appointment, and I’m looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an excellent dental experience!
