I can’t express how grateful I am for the service provided at this salon! My family faced a lice situation that seemed daunting, and I was really stressed about how to manage it. From my first call, the staff was incredibly accommodating, fitting us in on short notice. When we arrived, the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed—definitely not what I expected when dealing with lice! They walked us through the entire process and even offered helpful tips for prevention and care. I loved how they used natural products; it made me feel better about the whole experience. The only thing that could be improved is maybe having a waiting area that feels a bit more comfortable since it can get busy at times. But all in all, a fantastic experience that turned a scary situation into a manageable one. Would absolutely recommend their services!

I had the best experience here when I brought my daughter in for treatment. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly kind, making sure she felt comfortable throughout the whole process. I really appreciated how they took the time to explain every step to us, which eased my daughter's nerves. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, which made a potentially stressful situation so much better. The only downside was that parking was a bit tricky, but it was absolutely worth it! What a lifesaver! I took my son here after discovering he had lice, and I was really impressed with how the staff handled everything. They were friendly and very thorough, which was a relief because I was so worried about the entire situation. The treatment was effective, and we left feeling like we could breathe easy again! They also provided a lot of helpful information about keeping lice away in the future, which was a nice touch. The only small issue was that I felt the price was a bit on the higher side, but considering the service we received, it was worth it. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place to any parent in need!
