The fried catfish was a standout dish, expertly seasoned and fried to a golden brown. The variety offered was impressive, with enough options to satisfy even the pickiest eaters. I especially loved their homemade sauces that added great flavor to the meals. However, I must mention that the setup took longer than I expected, which made us a bit anxious as we were on a tight schedule. The staff, while friendly, seemed to be juggling too many things at once. It would’ve been nice if they had a few more hands on deck. Wow! I ordered a spread for a birthday party, and it was an absolute pleasure! The mac and cheese stole the show—creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of seasoning. I was also impressed with the presentation; everything looked so appetizing on the table. The only thing I wish was different was the timing of the delivery. It arrived a bit too early, which left us scrambling to keep everything warm until guests arrived. Nonetheless, the staff was friendly and professional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The flavors were worth it!
