The esthetician was attentive and tailored the treatment to my specific skin type, addressing my concerns about dryness and sensitivity. Throughout the session, I felt completely at ease, almost like I was in a mini-vacation. The products they use are all high-end, and you can really feel the difference. The staff was exceptionally friendly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. One small thing I’d recommend is enhancing the waiting area with some more seating options, as it was a bit crowded when I arrived. However, that did not diminish my overall experience. I had the most incredible experience at this facial spa! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The ambiance was calming, with soft music playing and the scent of essential oils in the air. I opted for the signature facial, and I cannot rave enough about it. My esthetician was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to explain each step of the process, which I really appreciated. She used high-quality products that left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. One thing I’d suggest, though, is to offer more flexible hours. I know they’re open until 6 PM, but sometimes a morning slot would be nice for those of us who work late. Overall, I left feeling relaxed and pampered, and I can’t wait to return for my next appointment. If you’re looking for a place to treat yourself, this is definitely the spot to go!
