I can't say enough good things about my experience at this credit union! The staff are genuinely nice and helpful, making banking a much more pleasant experience than I’ve had elsewhere. I walked in to open a savings account, and they walked me through every step without making me feel overwhelmed. They even helped me set up automatic transfers so I can save more effectively. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, which I think is important for a financial institution. I also appreciate how they offer a variety of financial education workshops. I attended one last month, and it was eye-opening! It really helped me understand my finances better. One minor thing I would mention is that sometimes the parking can be a bit tight, especially during weekends. It’s not a dealbreaker for me, but it might be something to think about for future members. If they expanded their parking options or offered valet on busy days, that would be amazing!
