My only small critique would be the waiting time; there were a few people ahead of me, and I ended up waiting about 20 minutes past my appointment time. She took her time to assess my hair type and face shape before suggesting a stylish bob cut that would really frame my face beautifully. The consultation was thorough, and she even provided tips on how to maintain the style at home. The salon itself was clean and organized, and I appreciated the fact that they had a wheelchair-accessible entrance, which is a thoughtful touch. While the atmosphere was generally relaxing, it did get a bit noisy when there were multiple clients being worked on at the same time, which could be distracting. Nonetheless, the results were absolutely worth it! I left feeling like a million bucks and can't wait to return for my next appointment.
