Having struggled with my weight for years, I finally decided to take the step towards bariatric surgery, and I chose this clinic based on a friend's recommendation. The initial consultation was informative and didn’t feel rushed at all. I was really impressed with how the team made sure all my questions were answered and walked me through the entire process. They genuinely care about their patients! The pre-operative classes were incredibly helpful too, providing lots of useful tips and insights into what to expect after surgery. However, I did encounter some difficulties scheduling follow-up appointments due to the limited hours they operate, especially since I work during the week. I appreciated the educational materials they provided, which helped me understand the lifestyle changes necessary for success after surgery. My surgeon was not only skilled but also genuinely cared about my progress; he checked in regularly to see how I was doing. I also loved their structured follow-up program, which kept me accountable. The only thing I would suggest is to perhaps offer more evening hours for those of us who work full-time. Overall, I'm thoroughly satisfied with my experience, and I’ve already lost over 70 pounds! I truly feel like a new person, and I owe it all to this wonderful place.
