My only minor complaint would be the limited hours during the week. I can see how it might be challenging for those with a 9-to-5 job to visit. However, I wish they offered more ATM locations throughout the city, as I sometimes find myself needing cash and having to drive further than I'd like. Also, their mobile app has been functioning smoothly, making it easy to check balances and transfer funds. I recently opened an account here, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The staff is incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything I needed to know. I was impressed by their patience and willingness to answer all my questions. The online banking features are user-friendly, making it easy to manage my finances on the go. My only suggestion would be to extend their Saturday hours. I’d love to do some banking on weekends! Overall, a fantastic experience!
