I recently opened an account at my local credit union and I couldn't be happier with my decision! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at this branch, located inside a Wal-Mart, really go above and beyond. I was especially impressed by Jenny, who took the time to explain the different account options available to me without rushing. She patiently answered all my questions and even helped me set up online banking, which was a breeze.
