I’ve been using this propane supplier for a few months now, and I can’t say enough good things. The customer service is fantastic; I appreciate that the staff always takes time to explain everything, especially as I was a bit nervous about switching from my previous supplier. They offer a range of options, so you can choose what fits your needs best. On my first visit, I was given a thorough tour of their facility, which was reassuring. It was good to see their commitment to safety and quality. My delivery driver was prompt, and he even showed me how to check my tank levels and what to do if I run low. My only suggestion would be to improve their online ordering system; it can be a bit clunky at times, but the in-person service more than makes up for it. Overall, I'm quite happy with my decision to do business with them!

I just moved to the area and needed a reliable propane supplier. A friend recommended this place, and I couldn’t be happier! The staff is incredibly friendly, and they were very patient with all my questions. I didn’t know much about propane at all, but they took the time to explain the different types and the best options for my home. My delivery was prompt, arriving right when they said it would, and the delivery team was professional and quick. The facility itself is clean and organized, making it easy to feel confident about their services. While I wish they had weekend hours for pick-ups, I understand that their business model might not allow for that. Overall, I am very pleased with the level of service I received and will definitely be recommending them to my neighbors!

I was greeted by a friendly staff member named Jen, who took the time to answer all my questions about their different propane options and pricing. It's evident that they care about their customers. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail; they walked me through the entire process of setting up my service and even went the extra mile to ensure I understood how to safely use the propane. The pricing is competitive, and the delivery service is prompt and reliable. I had my first tank delivered within a couple of days, and the technician was professional and courteous. I also appreciate that they have a wheelchair accessible entrance, which is a great plus for the community. The only minor feedback I have is that their hours could be a bit more flexible; I wish they were open on Saturdays too, as that would help those of us with busy weekdays.
