I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the perfect hot tub. They took the time to ask questions about what I was looking for, including the size of my backyard and how many people I typically entertain. I appreciated their patience, as it was my first time buying a hot tub. They even provided a demonstration of how to use the controls, which made me feel more confident in my purchase. The selection here is impressive; I felt like a kid in a candy store! There were so many models to choose from, with various features tailored to different needs – some with built-in waterfalls and LED lighting that made them look stunning. I ended up choosing a model with a relaxing massage feature, and I can't tell you how much I've enjoyed it since it was delivered. Installation was quick and professional as well; they had it set up and ready to go in no time. If I had to nitpick, the store hours could be a bit more flexible, especially for those of us who work during the week. I had to take time off to visit.
