I recently visited this neuropsychology practice for an evaluation, and while the expertise of the staff was impressive, there were a few hiccups. The doctor was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything, and provided a comprehensive assessment. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, I found the check-in process to be a bit disorganized—there was some confusion with my appointment time. It would be great if they could streamline that. I had a fantastic experience at this place! The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel at ease right away. The neurologist I saw was knowledgeable and attentive, taking time to explain everything in a way I could understand. I felt like my concerns were genuinely heard, which is sometimes hard to find. The only thing I would suggest is to improve the scheduling, as I had to wait a little longer than I would have liked, but overall, it was worth it!

My initial evaluation was thorough; the clinician took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions with patience. I felt genuinely cared for during my appointment, and it made a world of difference. The follow-up recommendations were clear and practical, and I appreciate that they provided resources for additional support. The only minor downside was the wait time for my appointment, which was about 20 minutes longer than expected, but the quality of care absolutely made up for it. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate team to help with neuropsychological issues. Overall, a wonderful experience that I didn't think was possible in a clinical setting!
