As a single woman, finding a reliable auto service can be daunting, but I feel very comfortable bringing my car here. The staff is extremely respectful and patient, explaining everything in layman's terms. They helped me understand what my car really needed versus what I thought was necessary, which I truly appreciate. It felt nice not to be treated differently because of my gender. My last visit involved a brake replacement, and they completed the job quickly while keeping me updated throughout the process. I did find the communication could be improved slightly; I would have liked a bit more detail about the time frame for the repairs. I’ve been searching for a trustworthy auto repair shop since moving to this area, and I finally found one! They even offered to show me the parts they replaced after fixing the problems. It was apparent that they value transparency and integrity, which is so refreshing in this industry. Not only did they complete the repairs quickly, but I also felt it was done with genuine care and expertise. Their rates are reasonable compared to other places I've checked out, and they offer warranties on their work, which put my mind at ease. The only small downside was that they were pretty busy when I arrived, so I had to wait for a little bit before someone could assist me. However, once I got in, the service was fantastic!
