I’ve been a member for about a year now, and I’m really pleased with the service I’ve received. The loan application process was straightforward, and I appreciated the transparency they provided. Rates are competitive, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The only downside I found is that there can be a little wait during busy times, but that’s to be expected. Overall, I’m glad I made the switch.

I recently transitioned to this credit union after feeling frustrated with my previous bank, and I can honestly say I’m so glad I did! The staff members are always ready to assist, whether it’s face-to-face or over the phone. I opened a checking account and got a fantastic interest rate on a personal loan, which I didn’t expect at all. They also offer a variety of financial education workshops that I found incredibly helpful, especially since I’m trying to get more organized with my finances. I did notice that their Saturday hours are somewhat limited, which can be tough for those of us who work during the week. However, I’ve found that making an appointment often alleviates any concerns.
