Plus, her follow-up care is commendable, as she reached out to ensure everything was going well after my visit. One tiny area for improvement would be to provide a more extensive FAQ section on the website to help first-time patients prepare better for their visit. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Akers! After struggling to find a gynecologist who truly listens, I finally found her, and it was a game-changer. Her approach is very holistic; she doesn’t just look at the medical issues but also considers the emotional and mental aspects of healthcare. During the visit, she explained everything in detail, which made me feel at ease. The staff were also incredibly friendly and professional, making the whole process from check-in to checkout seamless. I appreciated the little things, like the warm blankets and calming aromatherapy in the office. The only thing I could suggest is perhaps offering more appointment times, as it seems like she’s quite popular! But honestly, good things come to those who wait.
