The medical staff was thorough and took the time to explain everything. They also offered some really helpful advice for managing my symptoms at home, which was a nice touch. One minor critique I have is that it would have been great if they had a broader variety of over-the-counter products available for purchase. I ended up having to stop by a pharmacy afterward for some meds. However, this didn't significantly impact my overall experience.
