My husband and I recently switched our banking to this establishment, and it's been a pretty good decision overall. The customer service is top-notch; each representative is friendly and professional. We particularly appreciated the detailed explanations we received regarding the different accounts and services available. It felt like they truly cared about helping us make the best choice for our needs. One area for improvement would be the hours—they close at 5 PM, which doesn’t always align with our work schedules. It would be great if they could offer extended hours on certain days. Still, we are very happy with the transition and look forward to a long banking relationship!

What really stands out is how willing they are to help with any issue I might have, no matter how small. Recently, I had questions about a loan application, and the loan officer took the time to walk me through all my options, making sure I understood every detail. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and I appreciate that they have a wheelchair-accessible entrance. However, I’ve noticed that the parking lot can get a bit crowded, especially on Fridays. Perhaps more signage to direct customers to available spaces could help. I recently opened an account here, and I couldn't be happier with my choice! The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
