I had an incredible experience at this day spa! From the moment I walked in, the ambiance was soothing, with soft lighting and calming music that made me feel relaxed right away. The only thing I would have liked was a little more time in the steam room after my treatment; it was such a nice addition! Wow, what an amazing find! I visited this spa last week with a couple of friends, and we were all blown away by the level of service we received. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and they made sure we felt comfortable from the get-go. I had the signature facial, and honestly, my skin has never felt better. The esthetician customized the treatment to my skin type, which was a nice touch. The relaxation area was peaceful, too, with herbal teas and light snacks available. If I had to give one piece of constructive feedback, it would be to have more seating in the waiting area, as it got a little crowded when we arrived. Nonetheless, this place is a gem, and I can't wait to return for another treatment!
