I can't say enough good things about my experience at this salon! I decided to try them out for some new braids, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. The stylist who did my hair was not only talented but also super friendly. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and even suggested some trendy options based on my hair type. The whole process was smooth and really enjoyable! The atmosphere was friendly and lively, which made the time fly by. I also appreciated that they were on time with my appointment, which is always a plus! One tiny issue was that the salon got a bit busy while I was there, and I noticed a slight delay in starting my appointment. However, the stylists were working hard and clearly knew what they were doing, so it was worth the wait. In the end, I left with stunning braids that have received so many compliments! The moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The stylist who worked on my hair was incredibly skilled and attentive. I had a specific braid style in mind, and she not only listened but also offered some great suggestions that I hadn't even considered. The attention to detail was impressive; she made sure each braid was perfectly tight but not too tight, which is a challenge I've faced at other places. I also loved the variety of hair products they used, all of which smelled amazing and seemed to nourish my hair as they worked on it. The salon itself was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated that they had a good selection of current magazines to read while I waited. The only minor drawback was that there were a few moments where I felt a little lost in translation since English wasn't the primary language for some of the staff. They were friendly, but it could be a bit challenging to communicate my hairstyle vision perfectly. Overall, I left feeling fabulous and received a ton of compliments!
