I’ve been with this insurance agency for quite a while now, and I must say that my overall experience has been quite positive! The agents here genuinely care about their clients. A few months ago, I had to file a claim due to a minor accident, and they walked me through the entire process, making it as stress-free as possible. I was impressed with the speed of their response and how well they managed my claim. They were always available to answer my questions, whether via email or phone, which I found very reassuring. The only area for improvement I think they could focus on is their communication during busy times. There were a couple of times where I had to wait longer than expected for a callback.
