I have been a patient for over three years, and I can confidently say that my experiences here have been exceptional! The staff is equally impressive; they're always friendly and welcoming, which makes visits much less daunting. If I had to suggest an area for improvement, it would be to have a slightly larger waiting area, as it can get a bit crowded at times, especially on Saturdays. I can't recommend this dental office enough! My recent visit was nothing short of fantastic. The hygienist was gentle and thorough, making my teeth cleaning a breeze. Dr. Feigelson's calming demeanor put me at ease, especially since I usually dread dental appointments. I appreciated how he took time to answer all my questions without making me feel rushed. The facility is modern and clean, which really adds to the overall positive experience. I wish they offered later hours on Fridays, so I could fit appointments in better with my work schedule, but that's just a small note in an otherwise excellent service. I just had my first appointment, and I was pleasantly surprised! The front desk staff is friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth. Dr. Feigelson is very approachable and explained everything clearly during my exam. I appreciated his attention to detail and the way he made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The only downside was waiting a bit longer than I expected, but it was worth it for the quality of care I received. Overall, a great experience and I will definitely be back for my next check-up!
