Finding a good family practice can be a challenge, but I’ve been very happy with my choice here. The staff is friendly, and most importantly, I feel like my health is taken seriously. Dr. Sumpter has a way of making complex medical information understandable, and he really listens to your concerns. During my last visit, I felt very engaged in the discussion about my treatment plan, which made me feel empowered. The only downside I noticed was that the wait times can be a bit long during peak hours, but it's understandable given the level of care provided. I usually catch up on some reading while I wait, and it’s a small price to pay for the quality of service I receive. As someone who dreads going to the doctor, I was pleasantly surprised by my visit. I had heard good things about this practice, and it certainly lived up to the hype! The atmosphere was inviting, and the front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Dr. Sumpter was personable and made me feel comfortable discussing my health issues. He was thorough in his examination and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. I appreciated how he walked me through each step of my diagnosis and what to expect moving forward. The only suggestion I’d make is to offer more appointment flexibility; I had a bit of trouble finding a time that worked for my schedule. However, the quality of care I received was worth it. I left feeling relieved and grateful to have found a doctor I trust!

I’ve been a patient for a few months now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The office is well organized, which is a huge relief compared to other clinics I’ve visited where chaos seems to reign. Dr. Sumpter is professional yet approachable. He always makes sure to check in on how I’m feeling before moving on to any examinations. I particularly appreciate how he discusses treatment options openly; I feel like an active participant in my healthcare decisions. One thing I would love to see improved is the follow-up process. I had to call a couple of times to check on lab results, which felt a bit unnecessary. But that said, once I got through, communication was clear, and I received my results quickly. If you want a family physician who listens and cares, this place is definitely worth considering.
