I can't say enough good things about my experience here! I brought in a few items for some custom embroidery, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and provided several options to choose from. The finished products exceeded my expectations; the embroidery was beautifully done and added a personal touch to my items. The only thing I would suggest is extending the hours a bit; I found it hard to catch them when I wasn’t working. But honestly, the quality and service I received made it all worth it!
