I can't say enough good things about my experience at this tire shop! I had a flat tire and, being new to the area, I wasn't sure where to go. I decided to give this place a try based on some online reviews, and I’m so glad I did! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They quickly assessed my tire situation and informed me that I could either repair the flat or replace the tire. I appreciated their honesty and transparency; they didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. The repair was completed in about 30 minutes, and I was even offered complimentary coffee while I waited. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time fly by. I also noticed that they had a variety of tires available for different vehicles, which is perfect if you’re looking to upgrade. Plus, they offered a tire rotation service that I might take advantage of in the future. Another plus was the pricing; they were competitive compared to other places I had checked. My only suggestion is that they could improve their online appointment system, as I found it a bit tricky to navigate. However, the in-person service more than made up for it! I will definitely be returning for my tire needs and recommending them to all my friends and family.
