What a delightful experience I had at this beauty salon during my last visit! I was in the area for a weekend getaway and decided to treat myself to a manicure and pedicure. The moment I stepped through the door, I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who made me feel right at home. The ambiance was soothing, with soft music playing in the background, which set the tone perfectly for some self-care. The technician who worked on my nails was not only attentive but also had an incredible eye for detail. She offered me a variety of colors to choose from and was patient while I made up my mind. It was refreshing to see someone so passionate about their craft. The quality of the manicure and pedicure was top-notch; my nails looked fabulous and lasted for weeks without chipping! If I had to mention an area for improvement, it would be the wait time. I had an appointment but still had to wait about 15 minutes before being seated. While I understood that they were busy, it might be beneficial for them to allocate more time for each appointment. Nonetheless, the staff was very apologetic, and I appreciated their professionalism. I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town. Highly recommend this salon for anyone in need of a little pampering!
