My stylist, Jessica, was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand what I wanted. She was not only knowledgeable but also creative in her approach. I came in for a balayage and a trim, and she executed it perfectly! I loved how she explained each step of the process, which made me feel included in the transformation. The only suggestion I'd have is to perhaps extend the Saturday hours a bit longer, as it would make it easier for those of us who work during the week. The salon was clean and well-organized, and I appreciated how all the staff members seemed genuinely happy to be there. They even offered complimentary beverages, which was a nice touch.
