I have to say, walking into this shop felt like entering a guitar lover's paradise! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, filled with instruments and passionate staff. I brought in my electric guitar, which had some buzzing issues, and they took the time to diagnose the problem thoroughly. I appreciated the fact that they explained each step of the repair process and why it was necessary. Not only did they fix the issue, but they also adjusted the action to my liking, which made a huge difference in playability. I was thrilled with their service. However, I do wish they had more weekend hours; I had to take a day off work just to drop off my guitar. That said, I will happily make that sacrifice for the quality of work they provide. I recommend this place to any musician needing repairs or setup!

What a fantastic find! As an amateur guitarist, I wasn’t sure where to take my slightly damaged acoustic, but I’m so glad I chose this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and a plethora of guitar knowledge flowing from the staff. They took the time to assess my guitar's condition and recommended several options for repairs. I opted for a full setup and some cosmetic fixes. Not only did they restore my guitar to its glory days, but they also managed to educate me along the way about maintenance tips. The craftsmanship was superb, and my guitar now sounds better than ever! I walked out with a huge grin, excited to play again. One minor point—while they are incredibly skilled, I felt like the pricing was slightly above average, but considering the quality of work, it was worth every penny. I’ll undoubtedly be coming back for future needs and will tell all my friends about this gem!

I recently brought my guitar in for a setup, and the results were outstanding! The owner is a true artist with a guitar. My instrument now plays like a dream. The only reason I didn’t give a full five stars is that they have limited hours, which makes it tricky to find a time to go. Otherwise, an excellent experience!
