I felt genuinely cared for, which is hard to come by these days! The rates they've offered on my loans have been competitive, helping me save more than I expected. While I appreciate that they have extended hours on Fridays, I wish they would consider opening a bit later on Mondays, as it’s often hard for working folks to visit after a long day.
