This place is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Dr. Potter genuinely cares about his patients and spent a good amount of time discussing my health concerns in detail. The office is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and professional. I did experience a bit of a wait, but it was worth it for the quality of care I received. I left feeling reassured and empowered with my health plan. I’ve been seeing Dr. Potter for over a year now, and I can honestly say he is one of the best doctors I’ve encountered. His approach is holistic; he doesn’t just treat symptoms but really tries to get to the root of the problem. I’ve had some chronic issues, and he’s been instrumental in helping me manage them effectively. The office is typically busy, which sometimes means longer wait times, but I believe that’s a testament to how many people trust him with their care. The nurses are also very attentive and responsive. One minor improvement could be better communication about estimated wait times, but other than that, I’m very satisfied with my care here.

I had a great experience during my visit! The staff was welcoming and Dr. Potter took the time to listen to all my concerns. I appreciated the thoroughness of the examination. The only downside was that it took a bit longer than expected to get in, but overall, I felt well taken care of.
