I can't recommend this credit union highly enough! I've been a member for over a year now, and every interaction has been positive. Their online banking system is user-friendly and reliable. I had an outstanding experience here! The customer service was top-notch, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable. I had some questions about my account, and they were patient in explaining everything to me. Plus, they have a nice selection of financial products that cater to different needs. As a small business owner, I can't say enough good things about my experience with this credit union. The business loan process was straightforward, and I was pleasantly surprised by how tailored their offerings were to my needs. The loan officer took the time to understand my business model, which made the whole experience feel personal. Also, the interest rates are very competitive, which is a huge plus! However, when I visited for my loan closing, I noticed it was quite busy, and it took a little longer than I expected. A little more staffing during peak hours might improve the wait times. Other than that, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a supportive institution for their business needs!
