I have been banking here for a couple of years now, and honestly, I couldn't be happier! The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I recently had to get a new debit card, and the process was seamless. The teller was super efficient and made everything so easy. One minor thing I would like to see improved is the wait time during peak hours; it can get a bit crowded. But overall, fantastic service!

I also appreciated the accessibility features; the entrance was easy to navigate, which is important. My only suggestion would be to extend the drive-through hours a bit for those of us who are always on the go. As a new resident in the area, I was quite nervous about finding a bank that felt right for me. Thankfully, my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic! The staff members are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with how quickly they processed my loan application; it was almost too good to be true! I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan, who guided me through the entire process and answered all my many questions. What I appreciate the most is how they treat everyone with respect, regardless of what you’re there for. The only hiccup I encountered was a slight delay in getting paperwork completed, but that was due to a high volume of customers that day. I can definitely see why this bank has such a great reputation in the community. Highly recommend!
