I've been a customer for over a year now, and I can easily say that this bank has its strengths and weaknesses. The staff is generally very approachable and willing to assist, which I appreciate. I also like that they have good resources for financial planning and advice. However, I've experienced a few hiccups with their mobile app—sometimes it doesn't load properly, and I've had to reinstall it a couple of times.
