I was assisted by a representative who took the time to explain all the different account options available. They answered all my questions thoroughly and were patient as I weighed my options. The branch itself is clean and organized, which made my visit pleasant. I also appreciate their banking app, which is user-friendly and makes managing my account a breeze. One area for improvement might be their wait times during peak hours; I had to wait about 15 minutes during my visit. Still, the service was so friendly that it made the wait feel shorter.
