What a gem! I had an amazing experience at this salon! From start to finish, the customer service was top-notch. I was greeted with smiles, and the vibe was just so friendly and relaxed. I had box braids done, and the stylist was a true artist! She was meticulous and made sure every braid was perfect. I loved how she asked for my input throughout the process. The only thing I'd mention is that it was a bit busy on the Saturday I went, so I did have to wait a little longer than expected. However, the final result was definitely worth it!
