I had the best experience here! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel comfortable right away. I walked in not really knowing what I wanted, and Amanda helped me figure it out. She listened to my preferences and gave me an amazing haircut that perfectly suited my face shape. The atmosphere was relaxed and clean, which I appreciated. My only small piece of feedback would be that the waiting area could use a little more seating, as it was quite busy when I arrived. I've been going to this salon for a few months now, and I can genuinely say it’s been a great addition to my routine! The stylists seem to be well-trained and knowledgeable. I particularly love how they take their time during the haircut; it’s not rushed at all. I had a stylist named Jenna who gave me a beautiful layered cut. She took the time to understand how I style my hair and even offered great tips for maintenance. One thing I’d like to suggest is perhaps introducing an online booking system - it would make scheduling appointments a lot easier, especially on busy weekends. I had a decent experience here last Saturday. The stylist was friendly and did a good job on my haircut, which I was happy with. I have curly hair, and she was careful not to cut too much off and asked me about my usual styling routine. However, I did notice that the place was a bit crowded, which made it feel a little rushed at times, especially when I was waiting for my turn. What a delightful hair salon experience! I walked in feeling a bit lost with my hair and left feeling like a new person. The stylist I had was just amazing.
