I've been living in a property managed by this company for over a year now, and I can honestly say I've had a mostly positive experience. The staff is friendly and always available to help with any questions I may have. I love how they prioritize communication; it makes dealing with any issues so much easier. I recently rented an apartment through this management service, and I found the process to be quite straightforward. The staff was very friendly and guided me through the paperwork. I particularly appreciated the online portal, which made paying rent and submitting maintenance requests super easy. My only piece of feedback would be to improve the speed of maintenance responses; while they are generally good, there were a couple of times I had to wait a bit longer than expected for non-urgent repairs.
