I can’t express how grateful I am for the care I receive. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Dr. Stovall took her time to not only ask about my symptoms but also to understand my lifestyle and concerns. She’s a great listener, which is rare in today’s fast-paced medical environment. I also appreciated how she explained everything in detail, making sure I understood the treatment options available to me. The facility is spotless and well-organized, which gave me confidence in their practices. The only minor suggestion I would make is to improve the waiting time. I understand that good care takes time, but on my last visit, I had to wait nearly an hour past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. I had my first visit to this family practice last week, and I must say, I was really impressed! Dr. Stovall was attentive and compassionate, asking all the right questions to get a full picture of my health. She took the time to explain my medication options thoroughly, which I truly appreciated. The office is conveniently located and had ample parking, making it super easy for me to get in and out. The staff was friendly and efficient, which also made a positive impression on me. One area for improvement would be the communication regarding appointment reminders. I think a text or email reminder the day before could help patients remember their appointments, especially for those with busy schedules. However, this is a minor point compared to the excellent care I received. I felt valued and well cared for, and I’m looking forward to continuing my healthcare journey here!
