Navigating my son's health issues has been a journey, but I can confidently say that discovering Dr. Kolpuru has been a game changer for us! As a parent, it’s crucial to find a doctor who not only knows their stuff but also connects with young patients. Dr. Kolpuru has a wonderful bedside manner; my son instantly warmed up to her. She took the time to assess his situation thoroughly and explained potential treatment options clearly and compassionately. Moreover, the office itself was clean and well-organized, which I appreciate as a parent. I also liked that they have a variety of pamphlets and resources available for families, which made me feel supported. One thing I noticed was that the appointment scheduling could be a bit tricky, as it seemed a bit crowded when we arrived, and we ended up waiting a bit longer than I’d hoped. However, the quality of care we received more than made up for it. The staff was attentive, and I felt that we were prioritized once we were in the room. All in all, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Kolpuru; she has made our experience with pediatric gastroenterology much less daunting!
