What surprised me the most was how satisfying their gluten-free options tasted compared to regular baked goods! I also picked up a loaf of their gluten-free bread, which was soft and had a great crust. The staff were friendly and super helpful, offering me samples and recommendations. The only slight downside was that they were out of the chocolate chip cookies when I visited, which I had heard such great things about.
