From the start, I felt welcomed and cared for at this orthodontic office. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and made the process of getting braces less daunting than I expected. They explained every step, from the initial consultation to the day my braces came off, which took a little over a year. I appreciated the flexibility of their appointment scheduling. I also loved the fact that they kept me informed about each stage of the treatment, including how to care for my braces and what to expect during the adjustment appointments. My only critique would be to expand their weekend hours; it would be great to have appointments available on Saturdays as well since my weekdays are quite packed.
