I can't say enough good things about my experience with Dr. Mohen! She is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I went in for a consultation regarding some neurological issues I've been experiencing, and I felt she really listened to my concerns. She provided a comprehensive evaluation and explained my diagnosis thoroughly, which made me feel a lot more secure about my treatment plan. The staff was friendly and efficient, making it easy to schedule my follow-ups. The only thing I would wish for is perhaps a little more flexibility with appointment times; I had to juggle my schedule a bit to get an earlier slot. As someone who has had their fair share of neurologists throughout the years, finding Dr. Mohen has been a breath of fresh air. I first visited her after experiencing some troubling symptoms that had been misdiagnosed by others. From the get-go, her warm demeanor put me at ease. She conducted a thorough examination and was very methodical in her approach. I particularly appreciated how she took the time to explain my condition in detail, using diagrams and simple language that I could easily grasp. The office environment is calming, with soft lighting and comfortable seating, which really helped ease my anxiety. One aspect I think could be improved is the waiting time. On my first visit, I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time. While I understand that things can get busy, I would recommend calling ahead to check on wait times. Overall, Dr. Mohen is an outstanding doctor, and I strongly recommend her to anyone needing neurological care. She has given me hope and clarity in my treatment journey!
