I cannot say enough good things about my experience at this cell phone store! I walked in with a long list of questions about switching my plan and upgrading my device. The staff there was not only friendly but also incredibly well-informed. They took the time to explain all my options, including different plans that could save me money. I appreciated how they didn't push me towards the most expensive phone, but instead focused on what would best suit my needs. After deciding on a new phone, they made the setup process super easy and even transferred my data for me! The only thing I would suggest is to maybe offer a few more accessories in-store; I had to go online for some of the things I wanted. All in all, this place exceeded my expectations, and I’m thrilled with my new phone and plan. I’ll definitely be back for future needs!

The atmosphere was relaxed, and I appreciated that they didn’t pressure me into making a quick decision. I did notice that the store was a bit crowded during my visit, which made it somewhat challenging to get immediate assistance, but the team handled it well. Just a little more staff during peak hours could enhance the experience further. Overall, I walked away with a new phone that I absolutely love and was impressed by the knowledge of the staff.
