I had the most incredible experience at this beauty salon. From the moment I stepped through the door, the staff made me feel like a VIP. She took the time to understand my hair type and what I was envisioning, offering personalized suggestions that truly brought my ideas to life. One thing I really appreciated was the consultation process; it didn’t feel rushed at all, and I felt involved in every step of the process. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having more seating in the waiting area, as it got a little crowded.
