What a relief it was to finally find a physician who listens! My experience was exceptional from the moment I walked in. The receptionists were delightful, and the environment felt comforting. Dr. Tan took his time with me, explaining my condition patiently and addressing all my concerns. He even suggested lifestyle changes that could help. I would only recommend better signage for first-time visitors, as it was tricky to find the entrance. Overall, a great place for ENT care!
