I had my first visit recently, and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The front desk staff greeted me with smiles, which is always a plus. My appointment was with a PA who was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly kind. She took her time to assess my skin and answered all my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps having more seating in the waiting area, as it felt a bit cramped during peak hours. However, the service made up for it! Overall, I left feeling confident and excited about my treatment plan. Definitely a place I’ll return to!

I had an amazing experience at my recent appointment! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming right from the start. Dr. Smith took the time to listen to my concerns about my skin issues and explained everything in detail. I appreciated how he didn't rush through my appointment and was genuinely interested in helping me find the best treatment. The office was clean and had a nice atmosphere, which made me feel at ease. The only small downside was the wait time, which was a bit longer than expected, but it was worth it for such personalized care. Highly recommend!
