What a delightful experience! I went in for a routine eye exam, and from the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warm smiles. The staff was very professional and attentive. The optometrist conducted a comprehensive exam and was extremely informative about my eye health, which made me feel valued as a customer. I also appreciated the wide variety of frames available, including some trendy and unique styles that I hadn't seen before. After selecting my frames, the team helped me choose the right lenses, explaining the differences clearly. One minor thing I would suggest is to perhaps have more options for digital lens coatings, as I’m a screen user and would love more recommendations. However, that didn’t overshadow my overall experience. I left feeling confident in my new glasses and grateful for the excellent service I received. I will definitely be coming back for my future optical needs and will recommend this place to friends and family!

As someone who wears glasses daily, I’ve visited many optical shops, but this one stands out! The eye exam was thorough, and the optometrist was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions. The only downside was the limited selection of budget frames; I found a few I liked, but I wished there were more options. Still, I left with a pair that I love, and the service made the experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely return for my next eye exam!
