Absolutely thrilled with my visit! The staff here is amazing—so friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in without an appointment and was surprisingly seen almost immediately. The eye exam was quick but thorough, and I felt like my concerns were genuinely addressed. I also loved the range of styles they had; I ended up purchasing a trendy pair that I’ve received tons of compliments on! I will say that the place was quite busy, which made the initial wait a bit longer than I would have liked, but it was definitely worth it. My experience was mostly positive, but I did encounter a few hiccups during my visit. The eye exam was comprehensive, and the doctor took the time to ensure I understood my options, which I appreciated. However, I felt a bit rushed when it came to selecting frames. While there’s an impressive selection, I wish the staff would have offered more assistance during the selection process. I ended up choosing a pair that I like, but I might have selected something different with a bit more guidance. Despite this, the quality of the glasses is fantastic, and I’m enjoying them. I would definitely return for my next eye check-up; I just hope for a more personalized experience in frame selection next time.
